We setup our Gluten Free kitchen to produce a range of products of similar eating qualities and standard to our existing range for those people who need gluten free options. These range of products include Brown Bread Fruit scones, jam buns, buttercream buns, oat and raisin cookies and at Christmas time our delicious gluten free mince pies and Christmas cake.
